Can I return or exchange a laptop?

Do laptops come with a charger?
Yes. Every laptop is supplied with a compatible charger unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?

How can I know the condition of a device?

Do imported laptops have cosmetic signs of use?
